We offer counselling and emotional support with our volunteer therapists.
We have two services for you, an In-Person Service and a Phone Counselling Service.
These are available for all.
The Caravan drop-in and counselling service can be accessed in-person in the little green caravan in the courtyard of St. James’s Church, Piccadilly.
Monday – Tuesday: 10am-7pm
Wednesday – Sunday 10am-5pm (Saturday closes at 4pm)
Please just knock on the door, the therapist inside will either be able to see you or let you know the next free hour.

The Caravan Drop-In and Counselling Service
The Caravan is run by Ian Burton, Caravan Co-Ordinator.

The Caravan Drop In’ is a drop-in counselling service situated in St. James’s Church, Piccadilly, London. It is run by the CCPE (Centre for Counselling & Psychotherapy Education) in partnership with St. James’s Church, which has provided a home for the Caravan since 1982.
